In 1-1 coaching, we work together to clarify what you want to create, establish a process in working towards your desired outcome with support to help you gain a new perspective, get empowered and find the steps to make real change. 1-1 coaching sessions are for you if: - You are passionate about leading our world towards a more sustainable future - You want to clarify your role and the contributions you want to be making to the world - You want to take your leadership to the next level -You want to connect to your essence, purpose, and gifts  -You want to struggle less and have a more meaningful relationship with your work so that it sustains you long term -You want to be well-rounded in all aspects of your life including creative endeavors, relationships, and overall well being What you can expect to walk away with: - A clear vision on what you would like to accomplish during our time together and a process on how to get there - A new and energizing relationship with your work that makes you come alive - Tools on how to stay connected to your vision in times of uncertainty and many unknowns
